Raffle Rules & Regulations – Brunoy Raffle 5780 / 2019

  1. The instructions of these regulations are final, and render void any other advertisement or publication.

  2. Participation in the campaign constitutes full and unequivocal consent to the terms of the regulations.

  3. Duration of the campaign: The campaign will begin on Wednesday, October 30, 2019 / 1 Cheshvan, 5780 and continue until Monday, November 18, 2019 / 20 Cheshvan, 5780 ending at 11:59 PM EST. Brunoy Yeshiva reserves the right to cancel, extend, shorten or change the duration of the campaign at its discretion.

  4. Orders received after 11:59 pm on Monday, Nov 18th, 2019 / 20 Cheshvan, 5780 will be considered a donation.

  5. The winner of the raffle will receive $7,000 via bank transfer or cash.

  6. The winner will not be entitled to exercise their right to the entire amount immediately upon winning. The prize will be awarded to the winner within 6 weeks of the drawing. Payment may be made over installments.

  7. Following the raffle, the name of the winner will be published on Jewish news sites, and sent to all the raffle's participants by email.

  8. This raffle is international and tickets are available for purchase worldwide
